How to find your satellite radio ID
The radio ID is the unique identifier for your receiver. It is required for activation, troubleshooting, signal refresh requests, and account changes.
1. Settings or System menu on the receiver
2. Physical sticker on the back, bottom, or side of the unit
3. Preview channel or channel zero on the display
4. Startup screen after a full power cycle
Best method to check first
Go to Settings, System, or Information and look for Radio ID, Device ID, Unit ID, or ESN. Write it down carefully. One wrong character can cause a silent activation failure or send a refresh to the wrong unit.
If the menu does not show the ID, check the physical sticker or the preview channel. Some receivers display the ID briefly on startup, so a full power cycle can reveal it.
